Who is MediaImpact?
MediaImpact LLC was originally known as Computer Solutions Consulting. Our business specializes in the support of computer systems and information technology for residential homes and small businesses. We have been successfully delivering products and services to the local community for many years.
In 2008 we began operating the company under MediaImpact LLC serving customers in the Louisville Kentuckiana area including Southern Indiana. That same year we began offering Linux based solutions to our customers along with continuing Networking and PC technical support for Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2003, and now Server 2008.
Our focus is to offer and support the best pre-built PCs, DVRs, Survelliance Systems, and soon Smart Home Systems in our service areas. This system line up includes the Mythbuntu based Spectrum DVR, the Zoneminder based Watchdog Survelliance System, the completely customized for your needs Ubuntu based PC and soon the LinuxMCE based Smart Home. In addition to our distinctly Linux products we offer complete computer network installation and support, actively monitored backup, antivirus, and computer usage monitoring solutions.
We provide ongoing customer service, maintenance, support and training for all the systems we offer.
